In this supportive and safe art therapy group, you’ll embark on a creative journey to design your own personalized mind-body-spirit toolkit—a set of practical tools and healing resources that can help you navigate stress, overwhelm, and life’s challenges. Whether you are just beginning your trauma recovery or looking for new ways to strengthen your emotional resilience, this group is open to adults at any stage of healing, and no prior art experience is needed.
Throughout the 6 weeks, you will use art-making as a way to explore coping strategies, grounding techniques, and methods for self-care. You’ll create visual and tactile tools that can be drawn upon when you feel overwhelmed, helping you to find safety, containment, and emotional balance. From calming images to tangible objects, the toolkit you build will be uniquely yours—designed to reflect your personal healing journey.
